Supply chain and procurement consultant with seven years of advisory, research, and training delivery across Kenya and the Horn of Africa — including field research and analysis on World Bank–funded programmes in Somalia. Holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management (JKUAT) with three peer-reviewed publications on public procurement performance, and lectures at postgraduate level. Founder of Ustadi Africa,trainer, and former KEMSA procurement officer. I diagnose what is blocking a procurement system, fix it, and train the team that keeps it running.

WARP Somalia — Implementation Completion Review

Led enumerator teams delivering household surveys and key informant interviews across multiple regions of Somalia. Deployed instruments on KoboToolbox, enforced daily data-quality checks, managed field logistics and access, and authored the analytical sections of the completion report submitted to the World Bank.
