WARP Somalia — Implementation Completion Review
Led enumerator teams delivering household surveys and key informant interviews across multiple regions of Somalia. Deployed instruments on KoboToolbox, enforced daily data-quality checks, managed field logistics and access, and authored the analytical sections of the completion report submitted to the World Bank.
BARWAAQO Programme — Mid-Term Review
Managed survey deployment on KoboToolbox across programme sites, cleaned and analysed the resulting dataset, and contributed evaluation findings to the mid-term review report.
Professional Experience
Founder & Principal Consultant
2026 — PRESENT- Lead a specialist practice in supply chain resilience, procurement reform, organisational research, and capacity building serving government, NGO, DFI, and private-sector clients across East Africa.
- Design procurement frameworks and resilience strategies for organisations managing donor restructuring, e-GP compliance gaps, and audit findings.
- Develop and deliver NITA-accredited training aligned to PPADA 2015 and 2 CFR 200 requirements.
Independent Supply Chain & Research Consultant
2018 — PRESENT- Delivered risk assessments, procurement system reviews, and organisational research for public, private, and development-sector clients.
- Conducted programme evaluations, needs assessments, and baseline studies on programmes funded by the World Bank, USAID, FCDO, the EU, and the Global Fund.
- Directed multi-country field data-collection teams — enumerator recruitment, training, quality assurance, and field logistics.

2020 — PRESENT- Teach procurement law, supply chain risk, and logistics at postgraduate level; supervise graduate research in procurement and supply chain management.
